In traditional Korean architecture, the chimii is the final, defining element that transforms a structure from a mere building to a masterpiece of cultural significance. Just as the chimii completes and elevates a temple or house, our restaurant aims to elevate your dining experience – bringing that same sense of artistry, precision, and cultural depth to every dish we create.

Schedule

Freshness is our top priority for our sushi and sandos. Every day, our sushi and sandos are freshly made throughout the day, and once we reach our prepared quantity, we are sold out for the day. (excluding our dine-in only specialty Omakase)
